1. Describe what will be packed
Share the product type, a clear photo, width, length and height. Include caps and any other components.
If the measurements are provisional, say so. Separate what you know from what still needs measuring.
2. Explain the structure and artwork
Do you have a drawer, separate lid, attached lid or folding carton in mind? Include a reference plus any logo, colour and copy files.
A reference shows a direction; it does not guarantee that material, finish or size will be copied exactly. Discuss the product and print files first.
3. Include quantity, date and destination
State expected quantity, requested date and delivery city. Options depend on these as well as construction, materials and print.
Once the specification is clear, discuss the scope and expected schedule. Do not assume a fixed price or minimum across different projects.
