01

Measure everything that goes inside

Record the bottle’s width, length and height with the cap attached. Include the sprayer and any other pieces. Front and side photos reduce uncertainty about the space needed inside.

Do not use liquid volume as the carton size. Two bottles of the same volume can have very different shapes. Consider how the bottle will be removed.

02

Choose the presentation

A shelf carton gives prominence to its front and product copy. A gift presentation may make the opening and reveal more important. The form should follow the intended use.

Decide where the brand should first appear: on the front, under a lid or inside. This helps plan the artwork surfaces.

03

Prepare artwork and the brief

Share the logo, brand colours and required product copy. Explain which artwork files are ready; exact print faces follow the agreed structure and dimensions.

Include quantity, requested date and delivery destination so the proposal can address the actual project.

Questions we hear often

Is bottle volume enough to size the box?

No. The shape, cap and any insert must be considered.

Can I discuss a box before the artwork is final?

Yes. Start with the bottle, intended use and available brand files. The print area follows the chosen structure.
